I had an ADHD diagnosis online and the nurse was 30 minutes late. Every 15 minutes or so she would get up and go check on her kids. I let it slide because I wanted to get it over with. I then had to get further tested and had to pay an extra $200 to get my diagnosis. I got my diagnosis and was prescribed with my medication (Concerta). My pharmacy sent a request to renew my prescription over a week ago and the nurse never looked at it. I call the clinic yesterday and the secretary says she’ll contact me soon after looking at the request and still nothing. My brother dealt with the same clinic and never had any of these issues. I’m very disappointed I got assigned to a nurse who clearly doesn’t care about her patients.

Took my money for a prescription renewal. First they rescheduled me saying that I “booked with the wrong person” but there was no option to select which person I was booking with. Then they cancelled the appointment saying that the person they rebooked me with is no longer available and the next available spot was in a month. It is now a week later and I haven’t been contacted with a revised time. It seems I just paid to have my time wasted?

Extremely professional service. Within an hour after requesting a quote, the clinic was nice enough to call and follow up and provide detail. They gave me a very reasonable appointment time. The nurse that came was extremely courteous, professional and took her time. For someone who is busy - working from home and little time to spare during the day, this was a great service that included a bloodtest and other tests within an hour. No wait time, no craziness or stress - in your home environment where you are relaxed is the best place to take a test as an indicator. Blood results came back within 24 hours and full results not long after. Will definitely use this service again!! Well done with the integration also to my doctor and everything else was seamless!
