I came in for a consultation regarding a blood clot, a stressful situation in itself. Unfortunately, the nurse who saw me seemed exhausted and inattentive. Her lack of focus gave me the impression that she wasn't fully present, which worried me about the quality of care I received. In such a sensitive medical context, I would have expected more vigilance and professionalism.

Outstanding service! Annie is a great listener and takes the time to explain her choices of medications and supplements. She is a true expert in hormone therapy. She was, and still is, an angel who came into my life when I needed her most. Thank you, Annie!
