Extreamly concerned for the well being of the residents. Lack of compassion and care and hydration from Julia How specifically is extremely worrisome and I'll be following up through the ministry

This place is filthy and dingy. It is not fit for humans. I wouldn’t let my dog live there. Totally disgusting
