We would like to sincerely thank Pedro Jr. Bilog for the amazing service he gave us while helping with the purchase of my husband CPAP machine. He was kind, professional, and very informative throughout the whole process. He explained how important a CPAP machine can be for someone living with sleep apnea and made sure we understood everything clearly. His patience, knowledge, and care truly stood out. Excellent customer service from start to finish — we highly recommend Pedro Jr. Bilog to anyone looking for help with a CPAP machine or sleep apnea treatment.

My visit in St. Albert Office on April 14th was top notch. Receptionist, Dani, was very cheerful and welcoming. Clinical Sleep Assistant, Jillian, was over-the-top helpful in reviewing my sleep apnea history and adjusting my machine to make it more adaptable for me. So warm and professional. Thank you so much!

Doctor referral for sleep study. Initial info session to show how to use equipment was good other than repeatedly being told we want to make sure it's working before you leave which, in retrospect, should have been a red flag. I noticed my unit had turned itself off when I got up to use the washroom a couple of hours after going to bed. Started up again and it turned off after 30secs. Third time a charm I thought, but it turned off immediately. I was a more than a little disappointed as I stay 90mins away so the 2 round trips were 6hrs of driving and 2 mornings off work for nothing, but stuff happens. However, my disappointment turned to anger when I could clearly hear the lady on reception relay my issue to the co-ordinator in the office behind. The response to the receptionist that "the charger has been giving us problems and needs replaced" I obviously wasn't meant to hear. I was offered an additional battery to take home and do it all again which I politely declined as I can't afford to keep taking time off and the cost of gas especially with no guarantee that the equipment works. Giving out equipment they clearly knew they were having issues with is unforgivable.
