My mother was one of the first residents.Negative comments from people about the management are not from the residents who all love Donna. If however you break rules as a visitor that negatively impact the owner residents you will be dealt with accordingly...perhaps this is the underlying reason for the one complaint about management originates. As to cost...this is a prime location and a quality building there are less expensive options or government subsidized options for those unable to afford this one. It is not for everyone. My mom is happy in her condo and loves the proximity to the church and school.

This is a senior's home with a tricky hook. You have to buy the suite for a lot of money, then lease the property your unit occupies and pay monthly. Seniors should not be looking at massive buyins at their age when things can change in so few years down the road. It is owned by the Catholic church and they must approve you to buy in and they must approve and sale by family after the seniors die or move to more intense care. Too complicated a deal for most seniors. There could be noise from a busy railway line runing along the side of the building.

Awesome seniors facility... Very clean and well maintained... The negative review is bizarre as Donna is fabulous and always smiling, and great with the seniors in this building... I can't image a better building manager...
