Rented me an illegal apartment back in May of 2018, between myself and my neighbour we had found out that the unit I am living in was not allowed to be here and that Navid had been told this months prior yet he continued to rent it out for 1,295$ a month upon calling the city and the city calling the owner after taking my rent out in October 1st he then tells me on the 2nd that I need to get out immediately. At first he refused to help me in anyway. We finally came to a conclusion that he would give me my rent back, my security deposit and pay for my move. After taking a few days to think on the offer I finally accepted it. It is now going on 3 weeks and i can not get a hold of the owner or the general manager. United Gulf is full of crooks, it’s no wonder the first business he owned had to go bankrupt from getting sued and had to reopen under a new name. Will NEVER rent or do business with them again, and I would HIGHLY suggest you put your money into an apartment that is actually allowed to be there.

Voyageur Lakes beautiful homes With Big treed lots (2 acres). Amazing neighbourhood very close to busy Halifax. Amazing Restaurants close by as Edible Matters, Vernon Diner and more.
