I went in with my CPAP prescription and met with Amanda. She was extremely knowledgeable about CPAP and what I can expect. She gave me a lot of different options for masks and while I had done some of my own research, she provided very solid recommendations. She was not high-pressure in terms of sales and educated me on using the machine. She also had a very good sense of humour which made me feel comfortable talking to her. I am very happy with my experience at this store. The rest of the staff is also very kind and helpful.

The team here is always knowledgeable and reliable, and the service is always friendly every time I’ve stopped in. Recently had a wonderful, and entirely new experience there. The new manager and team hosted a community event for Disability Pride Day; community agencies, local makers and health professionals spent the day together at Wellwise. It was a unique opportunity to connect with a variety of people in our community. It brought back a feeling of small town community and connection that is hard to find these days. Thank you to Brittany and the entire team at Wellwise.

Picked up some supplies for my drive home after spending the weekend in Sarnia. It was very busy inside with a lineup at the registers. The staff apologized for the delay, being shorthanded and also for the lack of air conditioning but that was being repaired. While waiting to pay for my supplies, both staff members Peter and Brittany did an amazing job taking care of everyone given the circumstance. Thank you both for the laughs as well!
