on the lid of my meals it states 3 items i do not eat and is on every lid of my meal.there has been several times now that i recieved an item on the lid that i cant eat ,its not just one time been several. this happen on fri july 22 2022 on my birthday. i went with out a meal .why .because i was sent a meal on the lid that i do not eat,i gave it back this time, and the lady at the door said oh i see that sorry,so i asked if i would get another meal ,she told me no ,i said why ,she didnt have a reply why, she just left and said she would tell head office,so i did not get a meal on my birthday, i depend on these meals to have something to eat for the day.needless to say i had nothing.an well they are already paid for meals.i never recieved a call on fri and no other meal showed up .and still no call on mon . this is not right .im writing here because i never get a call from them, even when i leave a message .im very surprised that im treated this way.they are paid for meals, it is not a charity meal..i will leave it here i have more to say about the meals but i will keep it to my self for now thank you to whoever took the time to care and read this message .stay safe .
