I really loved the customer service here. The eyewear stylist ( Zainab I think her name was) was really sweet. I really recommend it and the prices were reasonable

I ordered a pair of glasses that I was very dissatisfied with for many reason’s. The staff were kind, understanding and very helpful. They went way out of their way to rectify the situation and make sure I got a pair of glasses I was satisfied with that worked for me. Emilie was especially wonderful! I am so grateful, I love my new glasses and very highly recommend Bailey Nelson and this store! Thank you!🙏

Emily has been amazing. She has worked in the industry for 26 years and is the first person who was able to suggest a suitable frame for my narrow, small face. I have visited so many eye glass stores over the past 8 months and have never found a pair that suited me. Can’t wait to get them! Ask for her as she is patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality
