We had a wonderful experience shopping at Best Sleep Centre! We were helped by the owner. I apologize I can't remember his name but he was lovely. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive mattress in the showroom, he was patient with us and kind and really knew his products. We bought the handmade in England flippable mattress because we had a bad experience with one that you just rotate. I wanted to fall asleep on that thing in the showroom, never mind laying on it right now and I almost falling asleep ha ha! The service was impeccable, the two gentlemen who brought our new platform and mattress put the platform together for us and they were very professional and also very lovely. I hope to be posting in a year or two to tell you how great a flippable mattress is and how much we need them to make a come back! Thank you to all the staff that assisted us with this purchase! I feel like my middle aged body is going to be very happy from here on out!

Excellent service. Got good advise on selection. Ordered a twin XL on a lift base. Gave me all the time I needed to try out the great mattress and all the combinations of settings. Came in with really sore back. After 20 or so minutes on the mattress my back was feeling much better. Good prices. Expect the installation this weekend

We went in looking for an inexpensive mattress for the guest bedroom, and had a great experience working with Ed. No high pressure sales tactics and when we explained that we still wanted to look around at some other stores he was understanding. We went elsewhere, found cheaper, lower quality mattresses and had an awful experience with a pushy salesperson. We went back the next day to buy from Best Sleep Center, and it'll definitely be our first stop when we need a mattress in the future.
