Beyond Expectations!!! I ordered my typical order of liquids and noticed after a few weeks my order hadn't arrived. Normally quicker. I went online and saw the package was damaged and to call ICS customer service. They advised my package was damaged, lost about a liter of liquid and it leaked all over. They said I should contact supplier and see what can be done as they didn't know if I wanted it. I told them unfortunately its Formaldahide and not medically safe to handle without gloves and would prefer it's not shipped. As I went to deliver my kids to school, the box was on my doorstep!! Oh no.. what mess is inside? To my utter shock it was a pristine box and nothing was missing?? I contacted Bondi this morning and spoke to owner Ashley. She said as soon as they were told the box was damaged they express posted a new box right away! Amazing 😊 Had I not gone online this morning I would have never known there was an issue and just thought postal delay. This was beyond great service and now I have my product. I've been ordering from Bondi all year and never had issues till this point (which still wasn't a them problem). Highly recommended 100%. Ashley, this is a fantastic company. Thank you for true customer service. 🙏
