Not a great option. “Primary Care Without Compromise” it says on their website. That’s untrue! I tried the monthly $80/mo membership ($84 with tax) since I don’t need medical services monthly. It was a challenge to get an appointment within the month so I was already regretting paying the $80. I was able to book a virtual apmt 3 wks away with a nurse practitioner, then In trying again, I was able to book an apmt 1 wk away with a different NP. Not same day like they advertise. The NP was fine enough, not the friendliest person, however, thorough with questions to establish a baseline with my current health. She sent a requesition for bloodwork, an ECG & one for a diagnostic breast ultrasound which is all great but I’ll have to pay the $80 fee just to get the results. If I’m paying for medical, I have higher expectations & this place doesn’t seem worth it to me. I believe I can achieve the same results with free telehealth. Note: their membership fees are like gyms, if you want to cancel you must email them 30 days prior, so you’re guaranteed to be charged at least 2 months.

I am very pleased with Care2talk, the entire process from booking the appointment to the video call itself, was very easy and convenient. The nurse practioner I had the appointment with (Mino) was very kind and professional. She took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. It’s very reassuring to know that quality and companionate care can be delivered effectively online. I highly recommend this service.
