  I would never recommend shopping at this store. I personally do not even think the store exists. I placed an online order after speaking to someone to confirm delivery date as the dining table we were ordering needed to be delivered to us for an event. I was assured several times over the phone that we would receive it on time. We put through the order and then two days later received an automatic email saying that it had been flagged and cancelled. We contacted the store and spoke to someone named Mohammed who said that it was automatically cancelled by Shopify due to an address issue on the credit card. We confirmed we could reorder the item and still receive it on time and it would not be an issue - keep in mind we still had not received the original refund so we were out $1400.00 We placed the order AGAIN and just yesterday I called to confirm that we were on track for delivery and I was told that Shopify cancelled it again and I was not given an actual reason as to WHY. We are now out $2,800, our banks cannot confirm a refund is pending, a manager/owner has not called me back and instead I received a pitiful email blaming Shopify with no solution to this issue. This is atrocious customer service, especially in these hard economic times and when someone is trying to support Canadian businesses. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be out thousands of dollars and have no furniture.

  I am very happy and satisfied with the fast and wonderful service. The delivery guys were nice, respectful, cooperative, polite., and so arranged. We thank the company especially ( Muhammad ) and his dad for the efforts made to satisfy customers..

  My husband and I did not purchase from this store directly, but we had to come here to replace some of the drawers we bought from their other location. The gentleman we dealt with was extremely kind and helpful! He went above and beyond to replace our drawers (they had scratches on them) and would not settle for anything that was not up to his (and our) standards. He then personally delivered our items to our home when they were ready. I can't say enough good things about his service, he was so wonderful!
