I bought twin size futon and tatami mat from them. The quality of the mattress is amazing and the tatami mat is sturdy as well. iv been using it ever since and no problems what so ever. Their support was also really responsive and helpful when shipping it out to my home. A well deserved 5 star review

I ordered the boreal tatami mats queen size, they are beautiful. The smell? I am very sensitive to smells and was worried for the first week about thinking it was too profuse. Especially the first smell out of the box was quite strong and off putting to me. After a solid 4 weeks of sleeping on them, the smell does not bother me at all as it is quite a pleasant now. When the room is closed, the smell is stronger, but not in a bad way, the way it was when first unpackaged. The bedding we got is from somewhere else. Thank you futon d’or for the wonderful authentic tatami mats!

I bought a futon mattress a few weeks ago. I love how comfortable it is and that it's made from natural fibres which is very important to me. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great. I bought my first futon from them about 25 years ago. Great customer service too.
