Hello. I 100% recommend this facility. The staff are great and helpful. I had a problem with my profile and it got fixed as fast as possible. and the doctor was great. I will use their services again.

I’ve tried multiple Telehealth apps and this one is honestly the best. The staff are knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly, and service is FAST. Past reviews clearly do not reflect the current reality as I’ve used the service multiple times over the last several months and was contacted by a practitioner, prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for me as needed with follow up communication in under an hour. Really can’t recommend them enough.

Had a bad experience... I put one wrong number in for a telephone call. When I realized my mistake, I tried to go back and change, but there was no where to change... So I emailed back with the correct number. Though email, I was told I would get a call between 12-12:30 and when no call came, I initiated a visit again. What I got was a call from a rude nurse practitioner who berated me for 'wasting her time' and that she had been calling all morning.... She couldn't have been calling all morning as there were no phone calls, and futhermore, I was told the call would come between 12-12:30 .. Needless to say, I will not be using this site again!
