This business is more like a family. I never felt like a customer, but like a well cared for, important part of what they do. I am a double leg (below knee) amputee and have been with Shirley and Joe from day one of my journey learning to walk and live again. I wouldn’t be where I’m at (gone through Parkwood clinic and today finally got my third pair, my forever pair as it’s a long endeavour to get your legs molded and you have to go through 3 sets to get there). Every question I had they walked me through it. If it didn’t feel right, they made adjustments to make it right. They would call and check on me. They are well versed in all the new equipment coming out. They make it their mission to make your life as livable, comfortable and are always there to answer all your questions via in person, by phone or email. They don’t leave you waiting for months for equipment. I promise you, you won’t go wrong letting Hamilton Prosthetics and Orthotics be on your team. They changed my life for the better with equipment I didn’t even know existed. The best part is they do it all, for all the right reasons. This is their passion, to help those in need for this kind of medical equipment and you can tell after one visit… that you’re in the best hands out there!

I had the pleasure to meet Jim upon my first introduction to their office. Shirley and Joe have been amazing throughout the two occasions I have gone through the process fitting me for my arm prosthesis over the years! I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the kindness, patience and amazing work they do! They are so welcoming and put you at ease, such an overall familiar feeling when I go! They take care of the paperwork making it so stress free! Makes my day to be greeted by Mom Doris, that is part of the charm!
