I ordered a Broan AI Series ERV (V1-160E75RTERV, 140 CFM) along with the Advance Touchscreen Control (VTTOUCHW) from Impressive Climate Control, just before Christmas. What I really appreciated is that they called me personally to explain they were about to close for the holidays and that shipping would happen at the beginning of the new year, just to make sure I was OK with the delay. That level of communication is rare and very appreciated. As promised, the order was shipped the very first day they reopened, and delivery to Quebec, Canada was fast and smooth with GLS. The boxes arrived in perfect condition, everything was well packed, no damage at all. The equipment itself feels solid and high quality — very happy with the product. I also chose the shipping insurance for peace of mind, which I’d definitely recommend to anyone hesitating. Overall, excellent service, great communication, and quality products. It’s a pleasure to support companies like this. Highly recommended.

What amazing, caring people. They even made a template to verify that the part that I was buying would fit to replace a 34 year old part as the manufacturer changed the appearance quite significantly. Very prompt service and reply to my email. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend them. Unfortunately they are 40 minutes from my home, otherwise, I would like to deal with them more.

20240531 Sanuvox installed!! Took a little longer because of the tight space. So happy I bought it from ICC!! 20240522 WOW... This company definitely live up to their name, literally, "IMPRESSIVE". I needed to get a replacement Sanuvox UV lamp since the one I had for many years finally died. I decided to get a replacement despite many reviews that said UV lamps don't work. One of my pups (brown and white one) has allergy which causes her eyes to get runny. She looks like she has been partying all night with dark circles. With the Sanuvox UV Lamp, her runny eyes disappeared. I didn't put the 2 together until her runny eyes returned. I searched online, and purchasing the Sanuvox R Max from Impressive Climate Control in Canada, shipping to the US, would save me $100 USD. After careful considering and reaching out to Sanuvox verifying the warranty info, I decided to purchase the unit from Impressive. Upon placing the order, Impressive customer service reached out to me to confirm it is truly me who made the purchase. It was a security feature the company implemented. I provided a screenshot of the portion of my online credit card statement showing the charge is on my statement as proof of me who made the purchase. I also forwarded them the order confirmation e-mail. Then when I asked if the unit can be installed in the US, and they suggested that I reach out to Sanuvox and offered to wait before processing my order. I love that they want to ensure that it will work for me before processing the order. It tells me that they are not here to just make the money. I really appreciate them giving me a chance to cancel the order should the unit not to work in the US. By the time Impressive responded, Sanuvox already did and confirmed the units sold in both countries are the same. Whew. After I responded that Sanuvox confirmed, Impressive processed my order. Shortly after, I got an e-mail with shipping information to include tracking number and signature required at delivery. Impressive! On top of that, I didn't realize Impressive is a family own business, and I am so happy to learn that. I am a huge supporter of family-owned and small businesses. The Sanuvox R Max was delivered today well packaged and labeled for proper handling. I can't wait to get it installed by my HVAC guy. I am really impressed by my entire purchase experience.
