Great store and always enjoy looking through the store. Staff are friendly and helpful. I gave only 3 stars as it is very expensive.

Amazing little store with tons of stuff! Went to get spare parts for a food screen! In-stock and had keys cut at same time. In/out 10 minutes!!

I was at this Oak bay location today. I must say, I like this store...they carry a wide range of goods and the people who work there are typically quite knowledgeable and the service is great. All except for one fellow at the cash. I live in the area, and every time I pop in and he is there, he doesn't greet me, doesn't say hello in response to my greeting at the cash, and basically ruins the experience of shopping there. I do note the people coming in ahead and behind me are greeted and served well by him. The only salient difference between me and those shoppers is our skin colour. Shame on you Home Hardware...I may be the first to raise this in a review...but it must have been noticed.
