My mother fell and pushed her call button and nothing happened. Health care aid push the button and still no call out for help. I called the 1800 number and was told it was a holiday and call back the next day. I called to cancel the subscription and return the equipment and the person could not speak English well enough to give the return address. I asked them to send the return address to my email. I still have not received it. I call the internet number and received the return address and told them when I needed the service it did not work. Said they would need a technician but it was a holiday. Not acceptable for a device and team to save a life. I give it a complete fail.

Protection CS L is not a good company to go with very, very hard to return. And it's your dime to return it. My mom's been dead since the 1st of November. And finally, after I threatened fraud, for my credit card.. I get an address for Canada. Now I wait to see when they get the machine. If it comes off my credit card, go to any other lifeline, not this company

I'm giving 2 stars because I had some positive experiences with CSL during an equipment change and with the call center, but on two occasions, my mother fell, pressed the call button several times, and received no response from the center! I did the same thing, still no response! I was told an emergency service call would be made... 27 hours later, no call! So, my advice is to look elsewhere!
