Fast and easy to pick out a great mattress. The delivery was AMAZING. Mike went above and beyond. He kept me up to date with arrival time, brought in the mattresses quickly and considerately, and even helped with getting a ladder from the garage to take our old mattresses up into a loft. I don't leave many reviews, however, this purchase required trust so I decided to share. I followed a link I found on Kijiji, and I saw something I liked (not cheap). I called before I purchased; they picked up my call right away and answered my questions clearly. I made my purchase online and added my shipping request on the message form. I followed up by phone call shipping day (because of my experiences elsewhere) and staff took my call and answered my questions professionally. Delivery staff: friendly and articulate, explained the warrenty details. Great Service. Pleasantly surprised
