From the moment we walked in, the entire team treated us with genuine care and professionalism. We took advantage of a fantastic promotion (two pairs of glasses each for $250) and were able to get high-quality lenses with transitions and the booster effect for my glasses. The value for money was excellent. The service was truly top-notch from start to finish. Special thanks to Nayab and Dr. Decker for their outstanding attention and expertise. We also want to sincerely thank David, Francis, Juniper, and Ronald — every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Whether it was the staff who welcomed us yesterday or the team today, everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final product. The service at this location is absolutely top-notch. All staff members (with a special thanks to David) were so incredibly kind and attentive that I almost felt spoiled! The optometrist was also amazing they explained everything so thoroughly that I felt like I was taking a medical class. I got an eye exam and purchased both sunglasses and regular glasses. They provided detailed explanations, clarified things I didn't know, and best of all, there was absolutely zero pressure to buy up sold options. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. Highly recommended!
