The optometrist and all of the staff at this Specsavers location are very friendly very hopeful. willing to go the extra mile eye exam was a breeze. Selection of glasses is great received two pairs of prescription glasses great prices I give them five stars.

I visited Specsavers at Westbrook Mall yesterday for a simple repair, but the experience turned out to be much more than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They handled my repair quickly and professionally, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. While I was there, I took some time to look around and was really impressed by the wide variety of frames and options available—there’s something for every style and budget. What stood out most was the level of customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions without any pressure. I came in because my eye was hurting and needed to see a doctor, amd she was honestly amazing! My English isn’t very strong yet, but she understood everything I was trying to say and explained things so clearly. She was also incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and gentle. If you need an eye check, I definitely recommend coming here :)
