I have generally had positive experiences with Tepperman in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent interaction left me quite disappointed. While I was at the store waiting directly in front of an employee to confirm and proceed with my sofa purchase, she sold the exact item I was trying to secure to another customer. I understand that floor models and stock can be competitive, but the manner in which this was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. The interaction gave me the impression that customers are viewed as a burden rather than valued individuals who are paying for a significant purchase. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy, patience, and professionalism that made the experience feel very unpleasant. As a paying customer, I expected basic respect and for my presence and intent to buy to be acknowledged, especially since I was standing right there waiting for confirmation. I wanted to bring this to your attention constructively. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of how busy the store may be. I’m not looking to single out any individual for punishment, but I do hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer service standards at the store so that future shoppers have a better experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I remain interested in completing my purchase with Tepperman if the right item becomes available and the service improves.

This review is not for the person we bought things from, but everything else. The driver showed up with broken goods. Told us they called but no one did. We refused a bed. We bought 3 beds. 1 returned. 1 bunkbed that they dont put together has the worst instructions ever. Iv cut myself 2 times on edges. Convoluted instructions. Just bad. Anyway, guest care called my wife after we said we didnt want the broken bed and offered us nothing for showing up early and with broken goods. Text said 230 to 430 and they showed up at 115. I called as i could not believe my wife was told, oh, sorry but we cant do anytning for you. The first call they offered free delivery or 2 bucks a month over our payment lifetime. And we still have to miss another day of work so someone is here for the next delivery. I said no thanks. I received another call. Was offered a 50 dollar gc. I said, this is less than the delivery. She put me on hold for 4 minutes. Came back and said 50 off delivery and a 50gc. Again I said, we were offered free delivery yesterday that is $119. Then someone else called. Said the other person was new and didnt see the notes where we were offered free delivery. So they low balled me? This person offered us free delivery and a gc that was a pic of one in an email. What can i do with a picture? Told me how busy they were and...I did not care. 3rd call. Delivery people lied about a phone call. Broken goods. A bunkbed that has 5 steps were page so it is super confusing. Now, I am waiting again for a delivery. Last time the drivers dragged a wet mattress over my floor and did not lift it. Left my door wide open every time even though I told them we had a pet. Absolutely terrible guest care and service. Look at my door and floor. Look at the crack. We waited a 4 weeks and this is what we receive like we would take it? They hit our lamp after I asked if they wanted me to move it. Said no and just rammed the mattress through. And I tipped 20 dollars to. They should be embarrassed. Very sad they chose to nickel and dime us and to lie to us instead of just taking care of us. We spent good money and we have good money to spend. The response, back to customer service who I spoke to 3 times already. I will pass. Thank you.

Hard to get through on phone. Left number teice on hold over an hr…gave up. I bought a mattress cover from s wonderful sales clerk but i don’t like it at all. EDIT Matt called me this morning and arranged a return and credit. Many apologies for the phone experience will change your 5 star!!!
