I cannot say enough wonderful things about Keri at A Body In Motion. After seeing another pelvic floor physiotherapist and not feeling like I was making progress, finding Keri has been such a gift. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, listened to, and truly cared for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Pelvic floor therapy can be such a vulnerable experience, but Keri creates a safe and supportive environment where I have always felt seen, heard, and respected. She has helped me understand what is happening with my body and has given me hope and confidence throughout my healing journey. What stands out most is her warmth and kindness. I never feel rushed, and I always leave my appointments feeling encouraged and supported. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and empowered. ABIM is the best! I worked with Richu to heal my hamstring and she was so supportive in this journey. From the moment you walk in, all of the staff are so friendly and fun! I would recommend this clinic to absolutely everyone!!

I’ve had such a great experience at A Body in Motion. Everyone on the team is so wonderful, the environment is very welcoming, and I felt very supported through my sessions to improve my pelvic health. I highly recommend this incredible team for pelvic floor physio. I believe every woman would benefit from seeing a pelvic floor therapist, such a game changer!
