I came to Andy dealing with a frustrating hip issue and I'm so glad I did. Jayden stood out for his kindness, patience, and genuine dedication to helping others. He always took the time to clearly explain each part of the treatment process, walking me through every exercise and providing step by step guidance for my recovery plan so that I felt confident and informed. Beyond assisting with my treatment, Jayden also gave me the valuable opportunity to shadow him and learn more about the role of a physiotherapist. Being able to observe his professionalism, communication skills, and care for patients was both inspiring and educational. His willingness to teach and mentor myself reflects the passion he has for his profession.
