I had the absolute best experience at Audiology Innovation Ltd. On an emergency, Audiology Innovations fit me in within the hour of my doctor calling. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with an award winning smile by the front desk. She had my paperwork all ready and filled out what she could to help me get on with my appointment as soon as possible! My assessment was not only comprehensive and thorough but also reassuring that I wouldn't be deaf forever! They had my assessment to my doctor (and myself) within the same hour! What service! If only all our clinics were this efficient. Do not hesitate using Audiology Innovations (especially Sunpark location)!

I visited Audiology , Downtown Mission office without any appointment. I was treated with a smile and explained my problem with Phonak hearing aid. Sorry don't remember the name of the person at front desk, she with a smile took the equipment that I had purchased in 2000 and fixed my issues, on asking for the cost of repair etc, got a smile, "No charge" !! She also booked me for check up since last check up was 2000. I would highly recommend any body having hearing issues to visit Audiology Innovations Ltd. Jagi
