No, I'm not very satisfied with my last appointment. Since it was my first appointment with Thomas, I gave a brief overview of my denture history. Afterward, Thomas asked me to hand over my dentures for cleaning. He took an incredibly long time to do so. And since there were only 10 minutes left before the next patient, Thomas suggested I come back another time for adjustments because he was running out of time. As I understand it, the adjustments should have been made during that appointment. I didn't understand why he left the office for so long to clean them. Furthermore, if I remember correctly, the price list displayed in his office lists a cost of $40 or $50 (?) for a consultation and denture cleaning. In my case, there was no consultation, and the cleaning cost me $40. Isn't that excessive? Sincerely, J.-M. Binot
