The audiologist stepped in and helped me out when i arrived without an appointment. Much appreciated. She got me started on the process of ridding my ear from built up wax deposits. I booked a an appointment for a hearing test. My wife will get a hearing test in the ear future. Thank you!

I had wanted to book a hearing test to know where my hearing level was. The overall experience I had at Beltone was extremely positive. I really appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the receptionist, Tanya, who booked me into the earliest possible hearing test when I had to reschedule my initial appointment. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by Tanya and offered a cup of coffee. During my appointment, Heidi conducted my hearing exam and was very enthusiastic and informative when explaining the results of the exam. When I was getting ready to leave, Tanya ran out of the office to give me some earplugs to take home as well! I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a hearing exam or other hearing-related services!

Heidi is an excellent professional. He treated my dad with all the care an elder can possible have in his first step into using hearing aids. My dad is stubborn and doesn't speak English but he got to understand the importance of such devices in his life tanks to the patience and time dedicated by Heidi. Thank you Heidi!
