I’ve had a great experience with Bloor Park Physiotherapy. I went there for sciatica, and Dan was amazing throughout the entire recovery process. At one point, the pain was so severe that even walking was difficult, but with manual therapy and a carefully planned progression of exercises, I was able to get back to doing the things I love like badminton and hiking within around 2 months. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and paced everything really well — first focusing on improving flexibility and mobility, then gradually building strength without rushing the process. He really knows how to target each muscle group, whether it’s the calves, hamstrings, inner thighs, etc, and the exercises always felt spot on for what I needed. I had been going for over a year, and I’m now maintaining things with exercises at home, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed. Highly recommend!

I was recently in to get some knee pain looked at, Courtney & her assistant Bethany were super helpful and kind. Providing me with the correct exercises and stretches I needed to help reduce the load on my knees. After a few sessions and keeping up with my prescribed exercises my knee pain is virtually gone and I no longer have to worry about the pain that used to wait me after a long day working. The office is super clean and convenient to get to being only a few steps from Christie station, I would definitely recommend Bloor Park Physiotherapy, and Courtney to anyone looking at Physiotherapy in their rehab journey.
