I highly recommend the Institute and only have good words to say. Everyone is super friendly and I was fortunate enough to have met Cherub Dhillon. She is an amazing counselor who has a unique way of explaining things and has helped me tremendously . She is nonjudgmental, thoughtful and supportive. A great credit to the Institute, Thanks Cherub!

My experience at the Calgary Institute Of Counselling SE location with Dr Irina Angheluta was truly amazing. I had been struggling with managing my anger healthily with my daughter before seeing Irina. She gave me the right tools at the right time to understand how my brain processes some given situations that triggered my anger. As a result, the better comprehension of myself lead me to navigate life towards the prevention of situations that created anger. Ultimately the quality of life improved so much between my daughter and myself as well as the well being of the family. The trust my family had in me to remain calm in frustrating situations gradually came back. Thanks Irina for your fantastic work! I would definitely recommend Dr Irina Angheluta to friends and family! Christian Cantius
