Had my massage here today. I highly recommend RMT Kyle. I also had Accupunture with Kat few weeks ago. She’s really good too. Both them I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with my RMT here. They were very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable — I felt well taken care of throughout the treatment. That said, there were a couple of issues with the clinic environment that affected the overall experience. The sheets/towels smelled damp, like laundry that hadn’t dried properly, which was a bit unpleasant. There was also very loud vacuuming outside the room during my session, which made it difficult to fully relax. Additionally, the receptionist was quite talkative during check-in/check-out. While I appreciate friendliness, it felt a little difficult to disengage from the conversation at times, and a more mindful approach to reading guests’ cues and comfort levels would improve the experience. The RMT themselves were excellent, so I hope the clinic can improve these smaller details because they really impact the atmosphere of a massage experience.

Brenden Magee is an excellent physiotherapist who has helped me regain mobility and reduce pain substantially - he also helped me recover from ankle surgery earlier this year. Brenden listens, applies different modalities and adjusts approaches, making physiotherapy fun and engaging. Most importantly, he meets you where you're at without judgement and teaches you how to move properly so that you avoid further injury. I 💯 recommend Tilicum Equilibrium and specifically, Brenden Magee. My experience has been nothing short of transformative. If you're willing to put in the work and go to your appointments, I have no doubt you will see results with Brenden's guidance and expertise.
