Amanda is the best! She is kind, compassionate and welcoming. I recently attended one of her “Heal & Thrive Retreats,” and left feeling rejuvenated and calm. I loved the welcoming environment, group circle, resources, and snacks. I can tell she puts a lot of effort into ensuring people feel safe and welcomed. I definitely recommend Amanda!!
