Hano provided excellent service for me today. Hano was able to improve my right hearing aid and provide me with replacement parts for my hearing aid. I was very impressed with Hano's amazing customer focus and going beyond to improve my hearing aid.

I had a wonderful experience with HearCanada - Broadway location. The receptionist/scheduler was polite and kind in all our interactions. They squeezed me in last minute which I was extremely grateful for. Charles and trainee Marisol (I may have missed the name) explained the procedure and results in detail, he took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt reassured and confident of the assessment and results. Additionally, they had no assessment fee but the service was 5 star, very thorough. And I would have gladly paid if requested. I highly recommend this location.
