The staff seems friendly enough but it seems next to impossible to get an appointment and really just a waste of time. I was booked out two weeks in advance because that was when they had "available" received a call stating they had to cancel but *might* be able to get into their Dartmouth location in the next few months. If I could access that clinic that's where I would of gone, really dont bother wasting your time with this clinic and take your hearing care to someone that will listen and actually keep your appointment.
