Dr. Murray takes the time to make you feel comfortable and provides great advice. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that he is passionate and truly wants to help you. Thank you for your patience and thank you also to the kind and friendly staff at the front desk!

I called for a appointment last month and was given June 10th. They asked if I wanted to go on the cancelation list which I did. The next day I received a call and was asked if I could vom in the following day. I was happy to ask I was having accutte hearing problems. When I arrived the Gentleman that was there was alone. He explained they were short of staff. When it was my turn he explained the procedure and said that there was no rush and he would take the time needed to help me . He cleared my ears , took the time answered all my questions. I would like to thank the Gentleman for his help. I'm sorry I dont remember his name. I will tell everyone I know that if your having hearing issues this is the place to go. Thanks again TRENT STYLES

Hands down the most positive experience I’ve had with ear wax removal. You can really trust Ian with the health of your ear and putting your best interests forward. I had no anxiety or pain during my appointment, which I can’t say for the majority of the earwax removals I’ve had. The only upsetting thing is the fact that it is difficult for many people to have access to this kind of care. It is definitely worth the exceptional service. Could not recommend more!!!
