The shipping/delivery was prompt and the box came looking exciting. The contents were disappointing. My son loves the concept of a "surprise" snack box and I would have gladly become a repeat customer, especially considering this company is pretty local to me. The box advertised coming with 2 drinks, 2 bags of chips and other snacks. Sadly, our bix had only 1 drink (a strawberry fanta, so not very "exotic") and 1 bag of chips (prawn lays!) And 2 small sized chocolates and a box of mini cookies. I have emailed the company with no response. Customer service could be better and the boxes should contain what is advertised. I will keep looking for a snack box company, sadly!

Best exotic snack box ! Always a mix of salty, sweet, and a drink. All your favourites in fun flavours you can't get in Canada, the cinnamon roll Oreos were a highlight, and the Peeps coke too!

Highly recommend these guys. We had a slight hiccup with shipping and sean the owner quickly jumped on it and resolved the problem. Customer service alone is why I keep ordering from OT snacks. These boxes always surprise my wife and I with the huge variety that they send every delivery. We get so excited when we get a notification delivery, it is like Christmas with sweets haha.
