I was really excited for my child to start at this centre, but our experience has been disappointing. Since beginning services, multiple sessions have been cancelled, and follow-up about rescheduling has been inconsistent. Invoicing has also been confusing and difficult to sort out. There seems to be a lack of communication among staff, and therapists often appear unsure about scheduling or next steps. Most concerning is the frequent change in therapists. Children benefit greatly from structure and routine, and constant switching makes it hard to build consistency and trust. I hope the centre takes steps to improve organization, communication, and continuity of care for families who rely on these services.
