The caregiver was friendly. The treatment seemed adequate. Considering the equivalent of $210 to $230/hour for physiotherapy, even though billed in 30-minute increments, it adds up very quickly and leaves little time for clinical work.

Thank you to the receptionist who was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. My meeting with Mr. Nadeau restored my confidence and motivated me. I needed a structured plan to help me while waiting for confirmation that my femur had healed (fracture and surgery following a stress fracture of the femoral neck). I'm already looking forward to going back to see how it's progressing. Thank you so much, as this has made a big difference in my recovery and my return to more athletic activities.

I will describe my own experience regarding politeness. I have nothing to say regarding the medical approach, and this message is for the evening receptionist: be more respectful towards customers and answer people's questions properly. Some may not understand correctly, but be patient, not with grimaces in your face. Also, when you ask a customer, ask with a smile and politeness.
