I was nervous about having my hearing tested until I met Kyle and Sarah at their Corydon clinic. They are friendly, welcoming and so supportive. Kyle is a good diagnostician—knowledgeable, professional and endlessly patient. Never rushed, he always had a helpful ‘trick’ or suggestion to assist with my initial inability to secure the aids in my ears. Now I hear so much better… who knew how many birds live near us!! If I could give more than five stars to Kyle and Sarah, I would. You can your hearing to them with utmost confidence!

I have just purchased new (replacement) hearing aides from Kyle McCombs at Prairie Hearing Centres, in Winnipeg. I have been wearing hearing aides for over 35 years, and my hearing loss is severe. I am an active person and have significant needs for hearing aides that are functional in many settings....in other words, I have high expectations. Kyle provided me with trial hearing aides of two different bands, and allowed me to test them out in a variety of settings over a number of weeks. During the trial period he made frequent adjustments to "fine tune" the aides' functionality to meet my needs. He was exceptionally helpful and supportive, and totally professional. As a result I am fully confident that I have made the best possible choice, and that my new hearing aides will be effective in supporting my quality of life well into the future. AND, I have been able to purchase my new hearing aides at a competitive price, and with an extended warranty. Also, based on previous experience, am fully confident that Kyle's ongoing "after purchase" care and support will be as exceptional and welcoming as it has been during this protracted decision-making and purchase process. Kyle and Sara are personally warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is seeking professional, friendly and responsive support for their hearing loss.
