I had a great experience at Sense of Hearing today for earwax removal. I was a bit nervous going in due to the impacted ear wax issue I was facing since last 3 weeks, but John and Vivienne were absolutely exceptional. They were professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. The whole process was smooth, gentle, and handled with great care while removing the big chuncks of ear wax. It’s not often you come across a team that combines technical expertise with such a reassuring approach. Highly recommend Sense of Hearing-Mississauga West to anyone looking for safe and professional ear care!

Incredible Situation handling skills brought back dead to a new life. Viv is just great along with john handles my muffled ear like a pro. Words are less to explain my gratitude and also Can’t explain positive energy you receive once you’re there. Vivenne was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns.It’s clear that Dr. Vivienne is highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about patients. The clinic was clean and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I’m very satisfied with the treatment I received and would highly recommend Dr. Vivenne to anyone looking for a reliable ear specialist.

My dear God 🙏 these people are so amazing. My started with Michelle on my very first trip there 27-2-26 Michelle was simply amazing at Client Care, then I met the Technicians a beautiful husband and wife Team. What is so amazing about this place, is that it's hard to find good Client Care anymore unfortunately. Very sad indeed, however, this place is awesome. You can feel the level of warmth, and care penetrating into your soul. Now that's amazing Service, thanks to my daughter I visited your Office. Thank you all very much, for caring. No fakeness here..
