It’s hard to put into words what a great experience I’ve had at ShiftGrit. Andrea provides a comfortable and supportive environment. She is an active listener with a successful process to get to the bottom of your concerns. You can apply this to all aspects of your life. Instead of ruminating on a specific issue, I am addressing it and developing other parts of my life. I highly recommend.

The progress I’ve made with ShiftGrit has been life-changing. I’ve tried many approaches before but nothing before had resonated with me or felt like it challenged me to truly make changes in my thinking. Gurjeet Bara has been absolutely brilliant - he truly listens with intent and full engagement, and is incredibly insightful and supportive. I even look forward to my sessions because they lift me up and inspire me, even when the work is tough. It’s so important to find a place and provider that is a good fit for you personally, and I would strongly recommend ShiftGrit and Gurjeet to anyone looking to challenge themselves to dig deeper for a change in life perspective.

What I love about ShiftGrit is that the therapists follow a process rooted in science. Sessions do not feel random and each one is structured to achieve a specific goal. Over time I have become less weighed down by limiting beliefs and have noticed subtle but powerful shifts when handling real life problems as a result of my work with Sharilyn. Jake at the front desk is also a pleasure to deal with.
