My mom needed a hearing aid. We went to Fleetwood Hearing Aid Clinic and worked with a practitioner Krishnapriya G. She was patient, knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic. She explained everything including the prices and qualities of the product. When we purchased the product my mom was not comfortable with the ear piece. When we went back after a month use, she offered us another service and she told us we could change the ear piece for my mom’s convenience. She did the measurements and ordered the right piece what my mom wanted. Finally we got the right product with 100% satisfaction. I would recommend Krishnapriya G for anyone who needs help with hearing aid. She is knowledgeable, supportive, helpful, and professional.
