My husband and I were seen by Linh Vaccarello ,the in house audiologist at the Sherwood park clinic. 3 words would describe Linh, Knowledgeable,detail orientated and kind.We were fortunate to have had her assistance.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! DR. HO, THE EAR CLINIC, AND THE AB SURGICAL GROUP DISTINGUISH THEMSELVES WITH PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, AND EFFICIENT MEDICAL CARE. THE MEDICAL MODEL AND SERVICE STANDARDS UPON WHICH THEY OPERATE SHOULD BE THE BASIS FOR ALL MEDICAL CARE. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The care and service provided by the Ear Clinic SW Edmonton and the AB Surgical Group are second to none. The entire operation from start to finish operated like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Ho’s experience and expertise were immediately evident. He came into the initial consultation fully versed on my medical history and spoke in a kind, competent, and compassionate manner explaining medical matters in simple and understandable terms. My family physician’s office referred to Dr. Ho as a leader in his field and expressed how fortunate I was to be referred to him. That has proven to be 100% accurate. Dr. Ho performed a tympanoplasty at the AB Surgical Group SW Edmonton facility. From appointment bookings, to reception, to pre-op, to OR, to recovery, to day ward, to discharge, the entire team performed at level unheard of in this day and age. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The pre-op nurse was efficient and comforting and made IV insertion a non-event. The anesthesiologist had excellent bed-side manner. He genuinely listened and was reassuring and the anesthetic was administered seamlessly. The pre-op team eased anxiety and operated with humour and professionalism. The recovery room nurse was sitting beside me immediately upon regaining consciousness. She was reassuring, engaging, and professional. The day-ward nurse was kind and informative in providing post-op instructions. My spouse dropped me off and picked me up from surgery. He commented that if all medical procedures could be done at this facility that would be ideal. Dr. Ho and the team at the Ear Clinic and the AB Surgical Group SW Edmonton exemplify the medical model and service standards upon which all health care should be based. Thank you!
