Great customer service. My hearing aid charger broke, I called Thrive and Karen gave me a new one. The wire connecting the receiver on my hearing aid broke and the receiver was in my ear. I called Thrive and they took me in right away and removed it from my ear. I’ve had good experiences with them.

Very happy with the service. The hearing specialist (Karen) was kind, patient, and truly caring. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. I felt listened to and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic!
