Dr. Saunia is the best. We love the practice and the staff. they are so kind and helpful. And Dr. Saunia is a life saver. I would not dream of going to anyone else in the Toronto area.

TPC is the best. My therapist did a great job to personalize the therapy to my needs and helped me to reach my goals. And when being matched, many of the therapists come from BIPOC and other marginalized backgrounds so I was able to find someone who I could connect with without having to give excessive context to bring them up to speed with my background. The admin team too was very polite and helpful whenever I had a question. Also FYI: they're the only clinic -- mental health or otherwise -- where I felt that they actually valued confidentiality and the laws around privacy, which is important to me. And the in-person office has great art and fun waiting room games!

I went for relationship counseling with my spouse but our therapist Vrushalee was not helpful at all. It appeared like she is constantly encouraging us to separate rather than focusing on how our relationship can work. It felt like her opinion was biased and feminist. I will recommend to stay away from such therapist and clinics and work on your issues directly through communication. God bless you 🙏
