  LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM - I reached out to book a 15-min consultation appointment with the director (Zahra Nafar) of the mental health provider, which is offered on the their website. The team was very quick to get back to me (within a day) and an appointment was scheduled. I also received two reminders (one text and one email) the day before the appointment. HOWEVER, I did not receive the scheduled call on the day of the appointment. This to me shows a lack of respect for others' time at least on the part of the director. Given there are plenty of mental health providers in my region, I will be looking elsewhere. Edit: Since the time when I first posted the review, the provider has reached out to me within 24-hours of the missed appointment offering to reschedule. They claimed that their booking platform was down, which prevented them from accessing client information and notifying me of the issue at the time of the appointment. I have no reason not to believe them. However, I declined to reschedule.

  The intake forms for this place alone made me feel confident about my choice to use their services, knowing it will be professional and uphold accountability for both the client and therapist. I have been seeing Carly, and she has been excellent.

  I had an abhorrent experience with this mental health provider. I was seeking mental help treatment after an incident from serving with the Canadian Armed Forces. They billed me directly and filed a claim with Blue Cross. It took 2 months being out of pocket and I had to struggle financially before Blue Cross would refund my money. Your Therapist were not helpful and offered no support and refused to provide mental health assistance from their incompetence . This was a very difficult and damaging experience to my mental health. Disgraceful, I am never seeking mental health service as I now have strong distrust because of this incident. Also, I am of the opinion that they are adding positive reviews to try and hide the truthful reviews. Really shameful. Military veteran beware.
