My experience with Zainab and Serena at this location was amazing. They both went above and beyond for myself and my daughter who broke our glasses within the same week. Zainab was able to teach my 10 year how to wear and take care of contact lenses. She was extremely patient with my daughter and made her feel comfortable but also confident that she can do it without a teacher by her side. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I must say the service I got from Cerinia and Zainab was super amazing. In all honesty, my plan was to get my prescription and take it somewhere else. But I was blown away by the excellent customer care I received that I got 3 glasses from them. Cerinia was patient and kind. She took her time to help me make up my mind when I was very confused with what to choose. That touched me. She is a true professional who knows her job. Thank you for the PERSONAL and INTENTIONAL customer service. I wish I can rate you more than 5-star. Thank you for an EXCELLENT service.
