Had a great experience at Laurier Optical. Lucy was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. She helped me choose the right glasses and made everything so easy. My husband needed sunglasses but hadn’t done his eye exam yet. Lucy went above and beyond by calling another location and arranging everything so we could get his prescription quickly. Excellent customer service. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service

Went in today with my mom and we both had a great experience with Lucy! Lucy was very warm, friendly and fun. She also went above and beyond! I am not a fan of getting glasses but Lucy made it a wonderful experience! Thank you Lucy!
