We liked: Easy online booking, friendly and professional staff, quality and efficiency of care, and wall-to-wall bilingualism. We disliked: sale tactics - they assume you will purchase glasses at their location by using what I would called gentle pressure tactics. This led me to take my glasses purchase business elsewhere.

Dr TONI RIZK was the doctor I saw today. Every time I have visited has been a pleasure to be honest and today was no different. It was professional and I felt at ease asking any questions I needed. I love the run down of my eye health, and within 40 minutes I had a full eye exam and walked away with 2 pair of glasses and lenses bought. The whole process was so easy ! The person helping me at the glasses desk today was knowledgeable and very helpful as well. It could have been SAGE, but she may have been sitting at a different spot lol! Either way, she ran my insurance, ran my bills, and had me walking out with 0 issues. Thank you everyone !

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my annual exam last month. As always, Dr. Wareham provided impeccable care, and I left my appointment feeling confident and well‑supported. What truly surprised me, however, was the exceptional customer service I received from the clinic staff. I was assisted by Sara, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though I did not purchase my glasses at your clinic, she spent nearly an hour adjusting them for me and went above and beyond by suggesting small plastic pieces for the arms to make them more comfortable behind my ears. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to help made a remarkable difference. I also had the pleasure of meeting her supervisor, Amine, who was equally friendly and welcoming. Thanks to both of them, I am fully convinced that I will be switching clinics for my next pair of glasses. A sincere thank you to Sara, Amine, and Dr. Wareham for delivering such exceptional service. It truly stands out. Un gros merci et en plus j'ai eu du service en français avec Sara et Amine. Bravo!!!
