    University of Ottawa Hospital Eye Institute has and has produced some of the best Ophthalmologists in this country. Creating a culture that includes bedside manor for patient care that helps with patient comfort and builds wonderful doctor character.

    I don’t know what’s happening with Dr Quinn’s office. As a patient of his I have been trying to reach his assistant for weeks now. Phone is never picked up and voice messages are ignored and the general Eye Institute reception just says “there’s nothing we can do”. I feel incredibly dismissed and disrespected.

    I had a very positive experience with Dr. Diaz. She performed my retina laser treatment with great professionalism and care. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to reassure me even though I was very nervous during the procedure. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise. Thank you, Dr. Diaz.
